服务条款

ReelForge 由 ReelForge 运营方及 Stripe 结账页或收据所示收款主体共同向你提供。产品处于试运营阶段，核心服务是分析已授权模板，并根据用户上传的商品素材生成风格相近的新电商视频与配套文案。

ReelForge is provided by the ReelForge operator and the payment entity identified at Stripe Checkout or on your receipt. The trial service analyzes licensed templates and generates new ecommerce videos and copy from user-supplied product references.

• 你必须年满16周岁，并提供准确的账号信息；不得共享、出售账号或规避积分、限流和安全措施。
• 你应保护密码并及时报告异常使用。因平台安全事件造成的风险不受本条排除。

You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and must not evade credits, rate limits, moderation, or other safeguards.

你保留对上传商品图、品牌资料和文案的权利，并授予 ReelForge 为提供、审核、存储和排障本服务所必需的有限许可。你确认拥有或已取得上传、处理、生成广告和商业发布所需的权利、许可与人物授权。

模板库素材由运营方按授权范围提供。你不得利用输出仿冒商品、混淆品牌来源、侵害版权、商标、肖像、隐私或商业秘密。收到有效权利通知时，我们可暂停内容并要求证明。

You retain your rights and grant ReelForge a limited licence necessary to provide, moderate, store, and troubleshoot the service. You represent that you have all rights and releases required for commercial use. Counterfeiting, source confusion, and infringement are prohibited.

• 视频、标题、文案、配音或标签可能由人工智能生成或修改，结果可能包含错误、变形或不准确陈述，发布前必须由你审核。
• 所有生成成片均包含独立于 ReelForge 品牌水印的“AI生成 / AI-generated”显式标识及文件元数据隐式标识。PRO 无品牌水印不等于无AI标识。
• 你不得恶意删除、篡改、伪造或隐匿依法要求的AI标识；发布时还应使用目标平台提供的AI内容声明功能。
• 若适用法律允许在满足条件后导出无显式标识内容，该能力只有在另行确认标识义务并依法留存日志后才会提供；首发版本不提供该例外。

Outputs may be AI-generated and must be reviewed before publication. Every exported video carries a visible “AI生成 / AI-generated” notice and provenance metadata. PRO removes only ReelForge branding, not the legally required AI disclosure. You must not remove or conceal required labels.

不得生成或传播违法商品、欺诈、赌博、毒品、色情、仇恨、骚扰、极端主义、严重暴力、自残、泄露个人信息、误导性政治内容或其他违法有害内容；不得攻击服务、批量注册、盗刷、洗钱、滥用退款或绕过审核。系统可自动审核，REVIEW/REJECT 会阻止交付并按适用规则处理积分。

Illegal goods, scams, gambling, drugs, sexual content, hate, harassment, extremism, graphic violence, self-harm, personal-data exposure, deceptive political content, security attacks, payment abuse, and moderation evasion are prohibited.

• FREE 注册赠送30积分；PRO为¥29/月并按月发放500积分；完整模板复刻固定10积分；符合条件的无品牌水印重渲固定2积分。
• 积分包为100/500/2000积分，官网当前展示价分别为¥12/¥49/¥169；实际价格与税费以结账页为准。
• Stripe 处理付款，ReelForge 不保存完整卡号或CVV。订阅自动续费，取消后在当前已付周期结束时生效，除适用退款政策或强制法律另有规定外不追溯取消。
• 平台故障导致任务最终失败时自动退还该任务实际扣除的积分；重试过程中积分保持占用，避免重复退款和免费成片。

Current pricing is shown above and at checkout. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Platform-caused final generation failures receive an automatic credit refund; credits remain reserved while an automatic retry is pending.

任何付款可在原始付款日起7天内申请退款；已使用积分可按比例扣除。退款原路退回，欺诈、滥用或侵权导致的终止可被拒绝退款，但适用法律的强制权利优先。完整规则见退款政策。

Any payment may be submitted for refund within seven days of the original payment. Used credits may be deducted proportionally. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail. See the Refund Policy for the full process.

我们会采用队列、重试、备份和监控保障服务，但不保证不中断、一定“爆款”、平台审核通过或输出适合特定目的。你对商品声明、广告合规、发布平台规则及最终发布决定负责。法律允许范围内，平台对相关争议的累计责任不超过你在争议发生前12个月为相关服务实际支付的金额；本限制不排除法律不得限制的责任。

The service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, virality, platform approval, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for product claims and final publication. Where permitted, aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months, without limiting non-excludable liability.

为安全、违法、侵权、欺诈或服务维护需要，我们可限制或暂停服务，并在合理情况下说明原因和提供申诉渠道。重要条款变更会以显著方式通知并要求重新同意；账号终止后的数据依隐私政策处理。

We may restrict service for safety, illegality, infringement, fraud, or maintenance. Material changes will be clearly notified and may require renewed consent. Data after termination is handled under the Privacy Policy.

本条款适用收款主体所在地法律，但不影响你所在地不可放弃的消费者与数据保护权利。争议应先通过客服协商；无法解决时由有管辖权的法院或依法可用的争议解决机构处理。

The law of the payment entity’s place of establishment applies, subject to non-waivable local consumer and data-protection rights. Please contact Support first; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court or available statutory dispute body.
